JuiceBox is a monthly subscription to a package of art supplies to be delivered to your doorstep. Think of it as receiving a different “creativity kit” every month.

What do I get?
You get awesome stuff! Seriously, every month, you get a package that contains 3-5 unique hand-selected art supplies. The package can contain pens, pencils, craft materials, special paper, paint, stamps, etc.

I want it! How do I get it?
You can subscribe to get JuiceBox for yourself by clicking SUBSCRIBE or you can also give it as a gift to someone special by choosing the GIVE AS GIFT option in the drop down menu.

How much do I pay?
We have several subscription plans for your different needs. Check out the JuiceBox Plans you can choose from:

How do I pay?
You can pay thru GCASH, or BDO Cash Deposit.
If you’re giving it as a gift, same payment methods are available.
PayPal payment method is available for International Subscriptions.

I subscribed! When will I get it?
For local subscriptions: If you subscribe and pay within the 1st and 15 of the month, JuiceBox deliveries will start the next month. Otherwise deliveries will start 2 months after. We will be busy from the 16th to the end of the month packing and shipping the materials.

For International Subscriptions: Order and payment must be received on or before the 5th of the current month for the deliveries to start the next month.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the Philippines, and probably anywhere in the world.

How much is the shipping fee?
If we’re shipping it to anywhere in Metro Manila, then it’s FREE.
For provincial shipping, add Php 60.
For international destinations, international rates apply.

What are the shipping options?
Our official courier is xendexpress, but if you have a preferred courier, let us know and we will consider.

I subscribed but I did not get my JuiceBox for this month. What to do?
Oh no. There may have been a problem with our courier or a delay on our part. First thing to do is to let us know. Send us an email at juicebox@slateplanner.com. We’ll check all possible reasons and track down your package.

An item in my JuiceBox is damaged, what do I do?
We’re very sorry to hear that. We make sure to take good care of the items in your JuiceBox. Let us know what happened and we’ll work it out with you. Shoot us an email at juicebox@slateplanner.com

Can you tell me what’s inside my JuiceBox before I get it?
Nope sorry, we’d love to but we love surprises even more! You just have to wait for your package to know what’s inside it.

I have a suggestion for something cool to include in a JuiceBox, is that okay? What do I do?
That’s absolutely okay! We’d love to hear your suggestions and we’re excited for your contributions. Let us know what it is, where to get it, and how to use it by sending us an email at juicebox@slateplanner.com. We promise to look into it but cannot promise that it will be included in a JuiceBox.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can. You can notify us thru email at juicebox@slateplanner.com. However, please note that your request should be done on or before the 15th of the month for any changes to take effect on the next delivery month. You will be required to pay corresponding delivery charge if the new address is provincial/ international. We will not refund delivery charge already collected from the old address even if you transferred from an international address.

I want to cancel my JuiceBox subscription. How do I do that?
We’re sorry but we do not have a cancellation policy. However, what you can do is, you can transfer your subscription to someone else. Just email us at juicebox@slateplanner.com and we’ll let you know the process.

Do I have to pay the full subscription rate at one time?
Yes. Subscriptions must be paid in full including delivery and gift charges, if applicable, before we process your order.

Do you offer special discounts for bulk subscriptions?
Email us of your proposal or request and we can talk to you about it. Our email is juicebox@slateplanner.com
