FOUND: Singapore’s Haji Lane

Some of the team just arrived from Singapore and while there, took the chance to build the August JuiceBox from their trip down Singapore’s eclectically famous Haji Lane. Haji Lane is a street where local artists and independent entrepreneurs have created a community selling vintage merchandise and one-of-a-kind products. It’s an alleyway of uncommon cuisines, charming cafes, and unusual shophouses.

Amidst the flurry of colorful creative stores, two shops stood out to us were:

Dulcetfig – a shop showcasing vintage apparel and charming knickknacks endorsed by three of the most gorgeous cats we’ve ever seen – Estee, Jack, and Ampang!

When I Create – a second-floor space brimming with unique craft materials, toys, and eccentric treasures.

We loved this lane so much that we thought it was just natural to assemble a JuiceBox from it. Check out our August JuiceBox: Singapore Cats!

Next time you fly over to Singapore, check out Haji lane for a creative immersion.

How to get there: Haji Lane is at Kampong Glam. Nearest MRT station is Bugis. Walk towards the direction of Park View Square/Raffles Hospital.  Haji Lane is sandwiched between Arab Street and Bali Lane.
