School’s Back Design Challenge!

School has just started and before it goes on full throttle, take on this design challenge! Design this bag and get a chance to win a 15-inch blue and white polka dot satchel from Bagellia Filipinas (check out the satchel below)!


1. Design your pack!
You can work on your design digitally or by hand! Choose to work on the spread found on the April pages of your Slate 2012 Planner, print it out and render it by hand, or work directly on the digital file (just right click and save the bag template you see above.)!

2. Submit your entry
Please send a file smaller than 1200 px in width. Also, please send your entries with the subject title SCHOOL’S BACK DESIGN CHALLENGE to with the following details:
1. Full name
2. Medium used
3. Brief description of your entry
4. Mobile #/ contact #

3. Choosing of Winner & Criteria
This contest is open for submission until July 15, 2012. We shall post all entries as soon as we receive them. After July 15, 2012, the Slate Team will review the entries and will deliberate on winners through out the week. We shall post the winners on July 20, 2012.

Criteria for Judging:
+ Creativity 25%
Be inventive, innovative & ingenious!
+ Originality 25%
The more unique the design, the better!
+ Aesthetics 25%
Must catch our (anyone’s) attention real quick!
+ Quality of work 25%
Rendered by hand or the computer, the quality of your work should be severely sharp!

4. Prizes
The full spread winner will receive:
+    Slate Design Challenge certificate
+    A 15×11 inch satchel from Bagellia Filipinas
+    A LiveCreatively shirt in Black or White
